The workshop brought together staff to strengthen their understanding and practical skills in outcome harvesting as a method of documenting and assessing changes resulting from project activities. Participants reviewed key project interventions, identified intended and unintended outcomes, and discussed how these changes could be documented with clear evidence. The session also provided an opportunity for staff to share experiences, reflect on project achievements and challenges, and improve approaches to monitoring, learning, and reporting.
